  1. Not wanting to get drawn into a lengthy conversation about ticket sales again but Melbourne seems to be shifting the tickets that were released late at a decent rate, GA still being available is maybe the only strange thing. I notice on u2.com they finally changed the ‘sold out’ label underneath the show to ‘tickets’ so perhaps that’s made more people aware. Just thought it was something positive worth mentioning.
  2. Hi all!
Well it sounds more and more like Melbourne won't have that second show like we hoped. But who knows, they might announce it. I will be traveling from San Francisco to Brisbane in November and attend the Brisbane Nov 12, Melbourne Nov 15, and both Sydney shows Nov 22/23. This will be epic as U2 hasn't been in the land down under in 9 years and Melbourne practically sold out in pre-sale alone! However, there are still seats in Brisbane, Adelaide, and Sydney 2 as well as Perth that are still available. This could be the main reason why Live Nation hasn't yet announced a Melbourne 2 show. But we will wait and see what happens.

LiveNation announced that there will be no second show unfortunately. So the chance is 0. It will be epic regardless
  4. Yet more new bays/seats available today - quite intriguing that there have been staged releases of large sections of new seats despite the "sold out" notice on the official U2 website (now taken down).

Looks like the only Melbourne concert this time around will have as large a capacity as we have seen for a U2 concert in this city.
  5. Hope we get an extra song or 2 to make up for one show
  6. Hi, new to the forum and looking forward to hometown shows in November. Desperately *hoping* someone has two Melb RZ they’re wanting to offload?
  7. A snippet of Two Shows Were Planned, One Show Took Place Shots Of Happy, One Shot Of Sad would be great
  8. Big ticket drop.
Lots of new seats available, looks like they were origibally affected by sightlines
  9. I find it odd that Melbourne isn't getting a 2nd show when it has 3x the population of Auckland who are getting two shows, I'm fairly certain the second show would've have sold easily Melbourne has almost 5 million people and there are loads of U2 fans, trust me i used to live here.
