    If you haven't already done so - figure out how to log onto Zootopia over at U2.com and post about what is happening. The more voices they hear from that are in this position the more they have to take to their bosses and say "we need a fix for this". It may only be an option to pick from a "As yet not known gift" like they did in past years...but usually when they start to get multiple notifications about these things they will react.

    he today found it in his mailbox.
    I didn't receive anything yet but I guess that's because Live Nation remains stupid and deaf while I tried to explain like 20 times before, that my ZIP starts with a ZERO which is NECESSARY - they keep deleting it and the shipments go to 4299 instead of 04299. Just because there are not zips with a leading zero in the US doesn't mean other countries dont have them!
