1. Come on, it's not that bad. It's just Indian style!!!
  2. This Pride remix sounds to me like 'The Lion King' musical, for some reason...
  3. Love them! Probably the best remix of Pride we’ve had. The alternate take on the The Best Thing’s chorus works so well and Beautiful Day is just fantastic, my favourite of the four.
  4. I really don't like them

Pride doesn't need to be remixed.
  6. Just listened to love is bigger and the best thing. The remixes are fine, I like the new melody of the best thing chorus, beautiful Day is the only one that I’m not enjoying at all
  7. after indian cooking, here is u2 indian sauce !
    it's really indigestible!
  8. The word of why...just why....I am not a fax of remixes either but this smacks of a shameless marketing exercise ahead of the concert, I would rather an ep of demos or 4 unreleased b sides than this

  10. Pride was meh
I wish Love Is Bigger was longer. I am not a fan of short remixes or the ones that omit lyrics
Best Thing's chorus is interesting, I don't dig it that much but it's interesting
And what the fuck happened with Beautiful Day? Barely sounds like it
  11. Who knew there were anymore remixes left in LIBTAIIW!? I didn’t require 1 let alone 15 (or however many we’re up to!) 😱

The EP is not one I will go back to, it’s certainly not the worst crime they’ve ever committed however it’s not great.

I do however quite like YTBTAM - I’d love to hear a studio version w/ that chorus. I think, like many people, that the ‘original’ feels like it had a verse from one song & the chorus of another & then shoved them together w/ the result being that I find it rather jarring. The ‘new’ chorus sounds better to my ear. I’m sure someone on here a long time ago explained the ‘music’ behind the song and the fact that the verse & chorus are in different keys (or something! - apologies I am not musical).
  12. Forgettable Remixes
