Still though. When I saw them in Moncton on the final show of 360 they played a couple bonus songs (including 40 which they hadn't played at all that tour) and the only reason I bring that up is because it shows they can give a gig an extra boost if they really want to. Of all places, you'd think their hometown is where they'd do that. I'm surprised they didn't end with Out of Control or something.

... and at Moncton the aircraft were better ! X2 RCAF F-18 Hornets to warm up the crowd after a horribly wet day !
  2. I'm sure the show was high energy and good...but just looking at the setlist I'm shocked. NO A Sort of Homecoming? I thought the one show to beat the best-setlist-of-the-tour Seattle show would be Dublin. (Seattle had both Bad and ASOH, both Little Things and I Will Follow)...but nope...Dublin got...nothing special. Wow. Shocked.

Not only that, they removed the only special thing in the European leg: the Heroes snippet in Bad.
And again, I'm not "bitching". No one here is saying the shows are bad or anything. But it is a fact that the tour is more predictable than the last 4 tours.
  4. Amsterdam will have the special setlist
  5. For special U2 shows, go to Amsterdam (or any other Dutch city), I've been saying for years. I hope you're right.
  6. Just read that BBC review. Shane McGowan does not look well in that photo. I know he's had major substance problems over the years, however, i was of the understanding that he had been clean for a number of years.
