Auftrittbemerkungen : This show was not in the original 2010 itinerary for U2's second North American leg, and when the rescheduled 2011 itinerary was announced on 13 July 2010, this show was not included either. It was only added to the itinerary on 12 October 2010, displacing Minneapolis's status as the final show of the leg. It was in turn displaced as the final show of the leg by Moncton, which was not announced until 31 January 2011.

Bad is performed for the only time on this North American leg, only the third time anywhere in 2011, and only the second time in North America on the entire 360 Tour. An archive of tweets for this show can be found here.

Performance

A fantastic performance for the penultimate show on the 360 tour, featuring a tight and strong band performance with Bono being in his usual great vocal shape on 360 while also going a little extra in terms of snippets. The only mistakes that I noticed while doing this show was Bono trying to start the chorus on I'll Go Crazy slightly too early. He sings the line "but a change of heart it comes slow" twice, backed up by the minor, rare lyric flub, but with these issues aside, this performance is excellent, which is also backed up by the surprise inclusion of Bad after Moment Of Surrender which is also the song's only appearance on this leg of the tour.

Allgemeines

Overall, this show in Pittsburgh is an excellent performance for the penultimate show on the tour, featuring a great band performance and the standard but still awesome mid-June 2011 onwards setlist, which even then has some unique additions in terms of snippets such as the New Gold Dream snippets on Mysterious Ways and Two Hearts Beat As One on Vertigo along with the inclusion of Bad as the closing song similar to how it was at some Vertigo tour shows after the usual closer Moment Of Surrender which is a fantastic version of the song and contains a rare post-80s appearance of the Walk On The Wild Side snippet. A fantastic show from start to finish and a must-listen to those who want to hear a top-tier show from the 2011 part of the 360 tour.
