Performance

Fantastic performance from the band here with everyone being in great form and despite there being a few flaws such as skipping a verse out from Love Rescue Me most of the highs that are done tonight easily outweigh the low moments, in my opinion, Bono is also in mostly good form albeit with a couple of rough patches in earlier numbers but, he finds his ground a couple of songs in and then delivers a satisfactory performance.

Klang

A bit rough though, it is still quite listenable and the atmosphere captured in this recording is pretty nice as well, so that's a nice positive despite the quality not being the best.

Publikum

Very loud and enthusiastic Australian audience who seem to be really enjoying themselves tonight as they sing along with the songs and seem to take every song in the set in a positive way which, really does help the show be as good as I think it is.

Allgemeines

Amazing performance on the 1st leg of the Lovetown tour with everyone giving it their all tonight, there are also some unique things in the set mainly being the inclusion of the song Exit for the only time on the tour and the standard Lovetown setlist rotation which tonight includes Bullet The Blue Sky, Running To Stand Still and With Or Without You ending the show and All I Want Is You being quite early into the set, overall, I'd recommend this gig to anyone who is looking for a really energetic and brilliant 1st leg Lovetown performance as this one ticks all the boxes for me.
