Note dell'esibizione: This concert is often said to have somewhat of a "backwards setlist", due to the presence of songs normally played late in the set appearing in its early stages, such as Pride and New Year's Day, while the main set staple trio of Desire, All Along The Watchtower, and All I Want Is You is in the encore. Also noteworthy is the first performance of Slow Dancing in concert - nearly four years before its first official studio release! Bono had previously sung some of the song on Australian radio in October 1989.

Performance

The final show on the 1st leg of the Lovetown show and the band are in pretty good form with everyone being in fine form tonight albeit, with a couple of minor flaws in spots but nothing too serious to put you off, there are also some eventful things that happen tonight which, really does keep you engaged with the performance no matter how far you're into the performance, whenever that being the debut of a song or Bono having to keep an eye on the audience during the course of the show. Bono's voice is also in great shape tonight so overall they're in a good performance mood.

Suono

Clear AUD though the sound mainly focuses on the sound on the band as the audience can't really be heard during songs and when they can it's a bit faint but, you can hear them if you listen hard enough.

Pubblico

Not really singing along during songs other than '40' so songs that usually have audience participation in them such as Running To Stand Still and All I Want Is You sound a bit empty without an audience + an audience member really annoyed Bono during People Get Ready as he even talks about this member of the audience by saying "one more piece of shit and you're out of here" to this member

Commento generale

Overall a good ending to the 1st leg though, it could have gone better but, even with this performance, there are still a couple of gems throughout the performance which, does make up for the flaws that sometimes happen during the show + the debut of Slow Dancing was nice to hear along with the standard encore with B.B. King and his band which, is always cool to hear so, overall quite an interesting show for people who enjoy the Lovetown tour to listen to.
