  1. I still can't believe they've basically dropped RFD from the set now! It's a killer song and would fit better than ABOY.
  2. I thought ABOY was the weakest song and it sounded off key to me

Agree gutted I will probably never hear this song live also dropping UTEOTW is upsetting too that's one of U2's best live songs
  4. I liked it as haven’t heard it since Manchester 2005... it rocked but the crowd around us didn’t seem to know it.
  5. Hmmmm not sure how I felt about that. I tried to stay as blind as possible beforehand so the set was a bit of a surprise. Was very cool to hear songs like ABOY I never thought I'd hear ever (though there's no shortage of better songs I'd rather hear), but the set pacing was kinda weird. The show seemed to take a nap after wild horses and never really got back up. That encore is weak. Extremely weak.

Oh and I assume I just got unlucky and it was where I was standing but the sound was wank. Lots of echoey, trashy, abrasive, sibilant notes and almost no vocals. Could barely hear any Bono.

All in all I'm glad I'm going to see it again. Don't think I got the best impression.

I do love UTEOTW, only heard it once and it blew me away. But needs must for other songs. I'm not saying ABOY is a bad song, it's a rocking one but a general U2 fan won't know it aswell.

RFD, EC, OOC and Gloria work allot better in that part of the show, IMO!
  7. Where I was standing at the start in RZ Adams side the acoustics weren't great . When I moved to the e stage it was far better

I was by the e stage first night, sounded ok not too loud, seated next to Jo on the second night and sounded allot better and louder. There have been many complaints about sound on this tour though.
