  1. Loved the shows this weekend, got a bit tearful when Bono was walking down the stage at the end of 13 as had a feeling this will be the last time I see them for ages (9 times in 3 years has been amazing).

Been lucky to see the Innocence section and the Zoo section this leg.
  2. Wait what

Also appanrtly ISHFWILF was soundchecked the first night too. Can anyone confirm this?
  3. Holy Hannah... 'Dirty Day' is pretty much one of my favourite U2 songs, it was brilliant live on the Zoomerang leg of Zoo TV and worked very well in the 'Heart of Darkness' segment.

Curious to know what the thinking behind these Zoo TV era songs getting played again is. Is it the band's way of saying there probably won't be a 30th anniversary tour for AB / Zooropa / Zoo TV so let's do a little something here? Or bearing in mind Willie's recent comments is it the band's way of telling us what's next in a few years time?

Personally, I don't think the band know themselves yet and they're probably playing these just in case they don't commit to anything else in the future. Maybe Willie is working on something just in case a year or two down the line they're feeling it. Either way looks like our bank accounts will get a rest for a couple of years at least in terms of U2 tickets and all that goes with it.
  4. I think they are saying goodbye to the AB tracks and obviously recognising the anniversary, just in case they don't get to play them again

Something must be in the pipeline for the 30th anniversary. Not sure if it will be a tour (and if so why would they rehearse for it this far out).

They are definitely up to something though. Whether they are hoarding audio or video for a release or a one-off special. Who knows.

Dirty Day from Manchester plays firmly on innocence though. So confused.
  6. As Remy posted its fake news

  7. Sorry to be self promoting but here's some videos I took of The Fly, Stay and Acrobat from the seats last night!
