Performance notes: During Out Of Control, Bono sings "17 years old, sweet as a rose". This appears to be a slightly modified snippet of Deep In The Heart's "13 years old, sweet as a rose". Setlist and comment provided by U2gigs.com.

'Elevation' is a pretty strong start to the show and lives off the energy from U2 and the audience alike. 'Beautiful People' shows Bono's voice to be on the raspier side but is still a strong rendition with tight musicianship and some truly fantastic audience participation. Bono goes the hell off during the song's finale!
Bono continues thriving during the next few numbers and sings a very gutsy 'New Year's Day', ignoring that his voice has the texture of literal sandpaper on the higher notes and sustains. The next two oldies are both performed with lots of life and passion put into them, however 'Sunday Bloody Sunday' really shows how much strain Bono has to put onto his voice to sing. Both new songs that follow sound brilliant; 'Kite' has actually brought me very close to shedding some tears today.
'Angel of Harlem' and 'People Get Ready' are far from tight but a lot of fun instead, exactly what you want these to be; Bono adlibs around a lot during the latter while looking for someone to play the guitar for him. 'Staring at the Sun' is pretty nice. 'Bad' is a creative rendition with lots minor phrasing changes and Bono sounding absolutely gorgeous during the verses and decent during the "WIDE awakes"; the energy this song has in every single fibre is captivating and magical - the transition into a brilliant 'Where the Streets Have No Name' with mighty sustains by Bono helps too! Two more strong renditions of U2 classics end off the main section.
The first encore begins with a blisterin rendition of 'Bullet the Blue Sky', featuring a spicy guitar solo. 'What's Going On' gets a big cheer and is a great performance with terrific harmonies among other great things. 'New York' sounds great and naturally also gets a huge reaction out of the audience. Encore 2 features a monumental 'One' with emotional vocals by Bono and the audience making this one unforgettable!
