Eerste keer dat ik U2 heb zien optreden, maar wat een energie heeft Bono.
First time i saw U2 live performing. It was awesome. The energy Bono had was incredible.
The Arena is so big, that you have a lot of echoing. So the sound quality is not that good. Recording: Audience microphone - 3.5 stars
The Dutch crowd was going mad ?. I had my seat in the second ring and the temperature was high that day. But that couldn't bother me.
The Vertigo tour had some new technology in visuals, that was pretty cool. The sound in the Arena was not that good. We call it the "galmbak", because of it's echo's.
But to see U2 performing live for the first time was a magnificent eXPERIENCE.

"The morning before a show I get nervous. I can wake up with a really bad sick feeling. I have to hit very high notes and if you hit them wrong you can put your throat out. So there's a, 'Will I? Won't I?' aspect to it. It used to worry me sick. That sense of, how could I meet the levels of expectation."
