2009-09-17 - Toronto, Ontario - Rogers Centre

Performance notes: Mysterious Ways and New Year's Day are played for the first time on the second leg of the 360° Tour. The opening quintuplet is changed for the first time on the entire tour: the first four songs are unchanged but Mysterious Ways' re-introduction to the set bumps Beautiful Day to sixth. Pride is not performed for the third concert in a row - this is only the second time this has happened since its 1984 debut. Desire was included in the printed set between New Year's Day and Stuck In A Moment (only a tentative inclusion as it was listed in brackets), but it was not performed. U2.com, however, incorrectly reported that it was.

Band was fairly tight as usual. Beautiful day has returned to its original style, I quite liked the new work they had of it on the first leg of the tour, but both nights in Toronto it was performed close to the original song.

It's an audience, but same as night before, very loud and annoying people and clapping.... much louder than some of the other shows on the tour, so ....

Recording: "H2 zoom handy recorder" - 3 stars

Do I think 20,000 over priviledged stuck up mostly drunk RIM employees is a good thing at a concert? Absolutely not. Who says that's fair? Nothing but a behind the scenes corportate underhanded deal. Anyways, the crowd was typical Toronto, mostly uninspired, and otherwise annoying.

Only for the diehards, really. I downloaded it, yes, but only because it was "my" show on the tour. Anybody otherwise, has a lot of other shows better sounding to choose from.
