Performance notes: When Love Comes To Town was on the printed setlist but replaced by Elevation. At the end of City Of Blinding Lights, Bono spotted a Quebec flag and tried singing Gens Du Pays. The Montreal crowd eagerly took over and sang the chorus. 40 was dedicated to the six victims of a fatal balcony collapse in Berkeley and their grieving Irish relatives.

Performance

This was nice but I felt like Bono was a bit tired. Just a feeling. We had great parts and ok ones. We also had Bono wrapped in a Québec flag and singing "Gens du pays". This was a bit odd. Also having him speaking French many many times during the evening. We did not have "Bad". It seems that they do it about every 4 concerts. Sunday Bloody Sunday was special. Nice Beautiful Day.

Sound

Sound was a bit too loud in some songs where we could just not hear the lyrics properly. Overall very good though.

Audience

Public was really there! First part was more quiet of course but when they got back after a long animation playing on the big screen which is also some sort of a cage in where they were playing the crowd just exploded in cheers.

Overall

The visual on the "cage / big screen" was totally awesome! In itself, this could be enough of a reason to go see this tour. AMAZING! Who's the artist? I do not know! But GENIUS! A friend told me this was the best show she had ever seen in her life. I replied that I did not want to be exaggerating but that is exactly what I was secretly thinking but not telling her in the first place! For the visual, this tour is really something! I would go back if they were back to Montreal on another leg... Music just a bit loud incertain occasions.
