That was the best show of my life for a month and a half. Then the Berlin show came in
About Copenhagen: great performance by the band, great surprise with changed setlist (and my first ever live Gloria). The crowd was, well, lazy. Me and my partner were the only ones jumping and getting crazy. Although I have to admit that people were singin quite nicely.

(Most) static bursts were removed with the RX05 "De-click" - Up-close
screaming & whistling I left untouched. Unfortunately the Olympus LS-P1
has a tendency to boost the more quite parts (and lower the louder parts).
I used the RX "Loudness" option to compensate for this effect.
Thanks to MKK for trusting me with his recording.
NB: U2 dedicated this show to the memory of Kim Larsen (1945-2018)

"We've started to make records now for ourselves and for our audience who do listen very carefully to all our records and who do spot the subtleties. We're the Grateful Dead of the nineties."
- Bono at the beginning of the nineties
did you know
U2 were supposed to play three songs at Live Aid - Sunday Bloody Sunday, Bad, and Pride, U2's big hit at the time. Ultimately, U2 just played Sunday Bloody Sunday and a very long version of Bad.
