I flew 30 hours from Chile...just to attend the show...great show...The setlist, as it had been played before during the Joshua Tree tour, was a great one. The band performed a great gig, even though Bono destroyed one of the monitors (i would say a teleprompter) during the show, at the encore...Great surprise to have the guests they invited on stage, playing Amisha and One

Not a very involved audience...Where I was standing, more than fans that had been really following the band during their lives, it was more, for me, as a show where they had to be. A "must attend" as it was U2's first time in India. I really notice that during the interactions between the Bono and the crowd and the singing of the choruses...
U2 always deserves 5 stars...even though the traffic at the city was chaotic to get to the Stadium, and the crowd was not a real U2 fans crowd

I used to tape with real gear on earlier tours but recently only streamed shows on Mixlr. Since there was no network at all to stream anything I decided to do at least a very basic phone recording of the final JT show. Since no other source appeared so far I'm sharing it here for archival purposes.

"I don't believe in luck. I walk under ladders. I'd have 13 tattooed on my arse without any problem. But I do think the universe can turn cold and nasty. I'm never surprised when the worlds get a bit ugly. I'm never surprised when U2 meets resistance".

The cover art for No Line on the Horizon is a photograph of Lake Constance, taken by Japanese photographer Hiroshi Sugimoto; titled Boden Sea, it is one of 200 pictures in his Seascapes collection. The image was the inspiration for Bono's lyrics on the track "No Line on the Horizon".
