Performance

This version of Bad is included on 'Wide Awake In America.'

Sound

Tape seems to have been transferred at OK speed - perhaps only a very little too fast. Main issue is the substantial tape noise and the somewhat distant sounding band. But otherwise there are no real issues with this recording. Larry’s drums and Adam’s bass are a bit muddy, but Edge and Bono are easy to distinguish. Audience is not too intrusive: only occasionally some claps near the recoding microphones.
Perhaps this is a bit of an underrated and overlooked "bootleg," as the band's performance was very good that night.
But, I won't lie about that, 3 stars is absolutely the most this bootleg can be rated with...

Overall

From A Concert Documentry: 'The order of the songs is changed, with Wire now being played after The Unforgettable Fire, which will remain there for the rest of the tour. Remarkable is the inclusion of I Fall Down and the absence of Surrender and A Sort Of Homecoming.' Exclusion of the latter is especially remarkable since we know that it was soundchecked.
