    I think you have it, were not going to see any drastic change here,willie probably meant U2 felt they would be short changing the fans if they put out a new DVD with large portions of the same 2015 production, so i guess the new film will mostly consist of what we are currently seeing now. along with some bonus footage of songs not included in that setlist.so i still think they will include i will follow - beautiful day etc..my prediction would be something like this.

    I would say The Fly (even though "technically" done on ther prior Blu Ray), Landlady, The Showman and Mysterious Ways are the best shots at this point since they have actually been rehearsed or soundchecked on this tour. I would guess Red Flag Day comes back also.,


    I WILL NOT BE DENIED DISCOTHEQUE!!!! LOL . They already have the disco ball, so it makes perfect sense.
  7. Hm... I don't know, I have a very hard time seeing how'd they'd drop those 8 songs that are repeats. No Beautiful Day would be frankly shocking, and even the ones that seem most droppable (IWF, Elevation, Real Thing, COBL, One) are built pretty well into the narrative arc the show, except IWF. On the one hand, 8 repeated songs between two tours three years apart is NOT bad at all... On the other a wholly different show would be wild and would sort of 'bookend' the innocence/experience thing... I think there could be something symbolic about starting the eXPERIENCE tour so similarly to the iNNOCENCE tour but having it get less and less similar as the tour progresses... just a bit of a thought.

    So as you can see, even if the e+i concert video includes 8 repeat songs, it'd actually be about usual, even a little low, for a U2 releases from one tour to the next (since no JT video seems to be forthcoming between now and the e+i show, I'll ignore it). The only DVD with an overlap lower than 8 songs, barring Vertigo Milan because of its unusual brevity, is between Elevation Boston and Vertigo Chicago.

  11. I think they mean they don’t want anything that’s identical to 2015 like ceaderwood and iris. So a lot of the setlist will probably be similar to how it’s been the last few shows with a few changes.
