    The best version of desire I have come across is the version on the second dvd of the zootv live in sydney concert. Are there any versions of Desire on here that is exactly the same or similar? I have looked but can't find any yet. Also what is your best version?
  2. I'd rate that performance (Yankee Stadium I think) as the best. Lovetown versions were also rollicking (check out the New Year's Eve Show). Too bad they no longer do a real full-band electric version, on the last 3 tours its been either acoustic, stripped down or half-electric.

    yeah i love this version too. especially after "you're f**king beautiful" when bono throws his arms up in the air and looks upward arrogantly. also at the end of the rant when he yells "television!"
