So yes, it’s likely a good time to resubscribe. Each time a tour is announced, those subscribed before the announcement get included in a higher presale group. But there’s been no announcement yet that there will be presales for the Vegas shows…

And keep in mind they haven't actually announced they will be doing a subscriber presale for these. With the more recent Stories of Surrender shows they skipped doing a subscriber presale and instead offered a chance to buy tickets after the main sale...

I know they could argue semantics, like the word "tour" vs residency, or lack of specifying access to "ALL" tours. Or access AFTER other agency's sales (like Beacon leg, which infact was not a pre-sale).
But I really, really, hope for the sake of fan morale, that they don't attempt pulling that
