and agree with Sergio too .. "Streets is all about the intro and the crescendo."

Anyway i prefer Popmart ´s version than the ZOO ´s version
Intro and crescendo. Yes. That's part of what made it magical as the opener on JT tour.
  2. The Rattle and Hum version, Slane and Boston 01
  3. I associate it with FEELING it live, and that build up when you know its coming. That's why as much as I know what the JT and LT Streets 'sound" like, I don;t know what they FEEL like which is why PM is still tops for me... plus I love the electronic subtones on it. Adds a little extra depth

Understand totally. The feeling of those first notes as the band took the stage on JT was what it was all about. I'm getting goosebumps thinking about it.

For sure. I just wish I wasn't 11 at the time. Alas, ZooTV was the first for me, but what a stunning debut, let's be honest
  6. Please don't kill me

  7. For me it's a personal one... Rotterdam 1987. My first stadium concert as a 15 year old boy. U2? For me the highlight was to be standing on a soccer pitch... It took so long before "a band called U2" started... ? Then Edge walked on playing Streets.... it...was...magical.... So far the emo version. Nowadays, Slane... in combi with AIWIY with goosebumps hearing Bono and also Boston in combi with Bad and 40....

  8. Croke Park 27 June 1987 - It was rough going for the first few minutes but it was incredible.
  9. Thought that the Zooropa - Bullet- Streets seque was just so amazing in 2015
