I would welcome that as long as there are a couple of new tracks which we have always seen on the compilations!
  2. If this is the last tour, I wonder who will be the first one to say “that’s it, no more”? Larry founded the band and I could see him ending it.

As good a confirmation that's it's not over as you could get.
  4. Well that's interesting and great to read! Nothings ever guaranteed, but seeing who its coming from I'd wager he's probably not just expressing an opinion when he says 'No'.

Also, I'd forgot this... in case anyone missed it... this year Willie has already been working on concepts for the next thing down the road - whenever that might be. My thought has always been that its something he kind of has to do fairly well in advance anyway and was just doing it in case the band were feeling it in a couple of years time. But with that tweet, I think its looking more and more likely there's more to come over the next few years. Though I'd wager it will be very quiet for the next 2-3 years.

Coming from a guy like McCormack who has been around them a lot on this tour and is good friends with them I reckon he knows whats in the pipeline. I don't think they will leave a gap of 2 to 3 years I think Bono's brush with mortality made them realise to make the most of whatever time they have left certainly an extended break is on the cards but I wouldn't be surprised if they reconvene in the summer next year to plan the next adventure.
  6. I am going to be so sad to see the back of this stage setup.
  7. Don’t buy the seats behind the stage then. Duh.
  8. To me it feels the tour is ending prematurely, just as it's really taken off. Gutted but I'm sure the guys and crew need a break after a hectic few years
  9. Personally i’ve Seen a great difference between this tour and the JT30
Last year, yes he took pauses to talk, but this year I felt like he took too many pauses to talk
I have seen Bono a bit more tired than last year
Personally I think in 5 years they’ll be closing doors
Some magazines here in Italy talk about a Bono who doesn’t take care of his health and doesn’t mind....
    What do you think?
  10. Thank you, Larry. Thank you, Adam. Thank you, Dave. Thank you, Paul.

    Thank you, U2.

Whatever you do next... wherever you go... I will follow.
  11. Supporting Aung San Suu Kyi might be the worst decision the band has made ever. Obviously they had no idea then but that has aged so god damn poorly unfortunately.
