1. I'd sort of book it in for the next three days straight. Personally I'm just overjoyed we've kept it away from guitars101 etc so far and long may that continue. There will be a dire straits christmas cracker here in about one hour.
  2. Yeah keeping it away from G101 and any other cashback-link-ful site is great news I won't be sharing it, you can count on it.
  3. Oh god not the cashback folk.

  4. "i detest the idea that this ends up in sites where porn sits alongside music. Why? If you want to watch porn go to a porn site, I do, but don't share it unregulated on a place kids can access."

For those who remember my searching for the last few known Police boots I'm now down to the last two - dallas 13 11 1983 and memphis 16 2 1984. But we are only four days into this mad week so anything could happen.
  6. How do these old bootlegs surface out of the blue after so many years? It never ceases to amaze me.
  7. I've been chasing down Hartford 13 8 83, birmingham 8 11 83 baton rouge 11 11 83, denver 22 11 83 and that dallas and memphis for twelve months and more. I was promised them all somewhere in the middle, I sent that person a few tracks he couldn't possibly have had as a thank you and incentive. Next thing email back to say oh i've lost those recordings. This time i've got four with no trouble from someone who has only just started transferring tapes but hasn't worked out splitting so he uploads them full tracks, I split, I upload, he gets the credit, fair enough I say, I've got what I wanted. I knew these ones existed the one last weekend was an absolute shocker. Check your messages.
