  4. Nice collection, almost identical to mine but that copy of One Man Clapping looks dodgy haha!

It's my pride and joy in my James collection along with Live in 2008 which goes for crazy money on ebay
  5. That Live 2008 was on sale during the winter shows.
There is one here as I bought one. Due to a previous move of house I have been slowly returning a very dispersed collection back to individual areas and james are one of them.
You are right about One Man Clapping. It is my dodgy version (ha ha). That version I made from my LP as the song Ya Ho is not on it. The CD version is here in a box and that does have the song Ya Ho.

What is seen here as CD releases I can mirror with vinyl and cassette releases right from the very first (crap picture sleeve) JimOne 7". I absolutely love the band to bits.

Let me know if you want any of the list I posted.
  6. I know I have a signed flyer here by Tim Booth from a very very intimate gig he did in Cardiff at The Engine Rooms. I really need to find this. He wrote 'with love from the stars, love Tim' as our son Conaugh was close to being born and Tim was also to become a father very soon too.

Tim's sister confirmed this to be true at the Kew Gardens gig as Conaugh and I were sat right by her. What a lovely lady. She wanted to take us to meet the band after the show but I declined as there was no way for us to get to where we were staying in London if we had missed the tube trains.

Correct, I got Live in 2008 from the GMex on that December tour. I bought my One Man Clapping when it came out on cassette from Our Price in Manchester...I remember they had it on CD too, but I thought CD's would never catch on haha. The cassette was later stolen along with my car stereo and it took me years to be able to get my hands on the CD.

That's a good story. I remember the Kew Gardens gig happening as it was the weekend after U2's gigs at Twickenham and I wasn't going all the way back down there again!

I think that was the tour I also recorded one of the gigs at Bristol Colton Hall when Tim Booth walked through the entire crowd to get to the stage. A most wonderful band.

I have lost count just how many times I have seen these to date. They never pull a dud gig. Some of the best are when things get really fucked right up. Like in Scotland at that gig I recorded at Electric Fields Festival, Drumlanrig Castle, Thornhill, Dumfries on 30-08-2018.

I had no choice as my son had totally rocked out in the front of the U2 Twickenham gig and was really revved up to enjoy the James gig at Kew. It was just sheer luck we were sat by Tim Booths sister. I took a lovely photo of her and my son. I shall have to post it if I can trawl through the thousands of photos.
