  1. If only there was a way I could put my name and picture on the audio mixes like Vetri does for his video.
  2. Yea the watermarks make me cringe. Doesn't record the audio, doesn't record the video but just soaks up the youtube views.

    Maybe then we can figure out which site the bootleggers are stealing it from

    Do it at the worst possible moment too. Just as Larry and Adam join in for Streets for example. Or right at the start of a nice snippet during Bad.

    I'd gladly welcome having to listen to plenty of audio watermarks instead of to the Elevation lyrics for example.
  8. I bet he got it from somebody posting the bootlegged version, and then he can say he didn't know it was mine. He's already been banned from U2torrents for his antics.

  10. Even better than a watermark saying hoserama: you can say "Paulo Vetri steals recordings", "Vetri I'm watching you", etc every few minutes. I wonder if he would notice while syncing... (not that he syncs a lot anyway)
  11. I'm quite sure there are many recordings on u2start as well that do not meet the taperrules (mainly the 'do not encode to lossy format' rule). It's not as bad as when this site started out, when they couldn't care less about taperswishes, but it's still not how it should be.
