The show is the "hungover gig" in Rotterdam 93 and the song is Satellite Of Love. 1:01:15 in the video below:

He was really going all out in Vancouver. He usually did the first round of "don't turn around" in falsetto and then the second one in full voice (sometimes both in falsetto), but in Vancouver he went full voice from the beggining. You can tell he kinda doubts during the first verse but then he thinks, fuck it, I'm gonna deliver.

Hmmm, its sounds like the sound is a bit speeded up in this vdeo?
If it isn't then it is very intressting due to the first Wide Awake in Bad(1:06:24), because its sound like a B in the beginning of the note and he goes up to a C.
Which is a bit unique for ZooTV, uslaly he sang it in falsetto or scream the note.
@Any words on this @Melon51?

Even the falsetto good.
Its amazing how much better he went after Popmart/Elevation tour.

360 & i+e 2015 were both really great vocal eras for Bono.

Agree, in some ways his voice was even better in 2014/2015.
More opera-tic, cleaner and more pitch. He didn't belt as he did on 360. but still he had so much energy.
