1. Saw Simply Red at the O2 a couple of weeks ago, my nearest large venue, was first visit there since just before the pandemic.

Stereophonics on 1st April also at O2.

Just grabbed some tickets for Sam Fender at Wembley Arena on 2nd April too.

Bummer Right now I should be flying back home from Brussels after attending last night's Evanescence+Within Temptation gig...... It's now supposedly taking place in November, who knows if it'll happen eventually

Ah that's really bad, I'm sorry Evanescence & WT in Brussels, sounds so effin good! it's awful these days that we think this one gig is taking place - only to get postponed to winter (!!) on short notice. I'm starting to get really tired of all this, the fun in scoring a ticket for your favorite gig is lost by now

Yes, it's a mess. It's not so bad for local gigs, but when there's flights involved it's a huge pain in the arse. Luckily I scored really cheap flights back in the day, so all I've lost today is "just" 50€... But I'll buy new flights for November, and if they postpone / cancel again it'll be another ~50€ that I waste. Oh well. I agree that it's getting tiring and the excitement is all gone - only uncertainty and worry left.
  8. I saw my first gig since November 2019 last week and it was fantastic. Well worth the wait.
