Actuación

So, after touring in America and taking a couple of weeks back, U2 return to touring on this night and they offer a good performance to kick off the European leg of the Popmart tour, everyone is in fine form tonight offer acceptable performances of songs, Bono's voice is also in good shape tonight and he doesn't really any rough moments during the course of the gig so, overall this is a solid start to the tour leg.

Sonido

Good matrix between the audience and in-ear monitor recordings of the show, you can also hear Edge a lot and he + the music does sometimes slightly drown out Bono's voice in spots though, you can still hear Bono for the most of the show.

What can I say except that they're a Rotterdam audience so they're really good.

General

A great start to the European leg of the Popmart tour with everyone offering a great performance throughout the gig which, definitely shows you that the band are a lot more inspired than some North American performances from earlier on in the tour so there are good signs of how the band's mood is going to be on this leg of the tour as I often find that the band are a lot more enthusiastic and have a lot more fun during this leg than the other legs of the tour.
