Performance

My first ever U2 show - completely blown away.... Maria McKee and Lone Justice was the warm-up, then, as they were completing the stage changes, the lights went completely dark, and slowly, from the corner of the stage a small dim light and the opening chords of of Streets... as Edge's guitar swelled and reached full on, all house lights come up and there was Bono, front and center 'I want to run, I want to hide..... ' simply religious, I stiil get chills to this day....

My first ever U2 show - completely blown away.... see details above - also loved the part where Bono was counting them dollar bills 'one hundred, two hundred, three hundred, four hundred... ... outside it's America, outside it's America, but TONIGHT, we are in Hartford, CT !!'
