    What do u think the future holds for the band now after the greatest tour in modern times... Or what would you like to see from the band in the next few years?

    I would love to see a live album from the 360 tour... A tour of this calibre needs more than one DVD imo...
  2. First, I'd like the Achtung Baby remaster releases to be insanely awesome. Then I can wait for a kick-ass album

  4. I think that will depend on the albums reception. If it is a success, I'd bet we get at least two more after it. If the album fails, it could be their last, or at least their last in a long time.

    After PopMart they created the Elevation Tour. U2 need to visit arena's again, because stadiums lack intimacy.

    I think the live album will be a fanclub release soon. I don't need it because I have the bootlegs. I would love a DVD from Anaheim...

  6. due to their thoughts about live album (till now at least) there won't be official live releases but you never know .. good chance as fan club release anyway.
    not knowing how long it will take for the next album i would not go too much far thinking of how many after that one.
    for sure we'll have 2000-10 best of
  7. A well earned break for the rest of the year (AB promo's aside) then hopefully back in the studio next year to work on another album although I have my doubts on when it will actually happen

    Not expecting any tours for a long time sadly.
  8. i think this is the last big budget extravaganza tour. it'll be arenas from now on i reckon, they can't top 360 and i think they're smart enough to know that.

    so AB remaster and promotion, followed by (eventually) the new record.

    my guess is they've got 2 albums worth left in them. i don't want them to retire soon but at the same time i'd hate a dinosaur Rolling Stones situation.
  9. I prefer to wait several years for a good U2 album, it's better than have a bacl album in a short time.

  12. I think they will release an Album late next year or possibly early 2013...............No big outdoor shows but much more intimate in doors possibly USA and Europe Only. They are contracted for a number of years to live nation so I guess we wil lsee em perform live again mid 2013
