It's the Joshua Tweee tour. (Asain pronounciation)
  2. You’ve toured a lot in the past few years. Will you take a long break when this one ends?
I think there’s been three tours that have been on each other’s heels pretty quickly. I would say that we’ll probably take a little bit of a break at the end of this tour and regroup. There’s lots of ideas for the next records, but I think a bit of time off just to listen to music and to really feed our creative instincts is in order.

It´s imminent because We say so. General sale will start on 12.04.2019 because we say so. Anouncemt for the Tour 04.04.2019 because we say so. Touranouncement 2 08.04.2019 because we dreamed of. U2 Touring in Aus/Asia because WE SAY SO. But U2 says we take a break from all of you. Because we said so.

I don't see what's incorrect about this? 10-11 month break from work is a long time. Compared to the average person.

Just because they said that doesn't mean they won't tour. They still have a long break from work in between the two tours.

What I now wonder is... no Tokyo??

I can imagine very well that they are going to take a veeeeery long break after they've done this tour, but I can't imagine that they let down the fans there since over 8 years by now with no tour and skipping them with the third tour. A long break after NZ/AU/Asia, I can imagine that very well, if they ever return on stage then.

Here. They write it themselves: "a little bit of a break..." Sounds pretty much 11 (or 12) month-ish to me...

Ah, we use the -t ending over here in English, too, though it’s less common. There’s apparently some way that the Latin is supposed to work out that depending on the use it varies, I think?? I just use mastodon (or mastodont as an adjective to refer to their distinctive tooth shape).

Anyway I’m sorry about the linguistic/borderline palaeontology diversions

    Back on to tour rumors...

Exactly. And I guess they'll be touring with hits and songs from the last tours, songs they're comfortable playing after these past 4 years.
Also, it's nice to read Edge is thinking about the band's future for any possible next records. After all, he is constantly working

Hard at work on the next album... Edge
  9. I wish I could work as hard as they do
