The new source, far from perfect, is a vast improvement over the old one. Very enjoyable. Recording: Audience microphone - 4 stars

I think it was a good show, but it seems that the public was not into it. The songs still were missing the "punch" from later in the tour. It seems that Bono had problems with Please and Edge with HMTMKMKM.
ISHFWILF with Neon Lights and Many Rivers to Cross snippets
Miami. G. Versace was murdered around these days and Bono sang "Gianni" instead of "Miami".

Recorded at the back of the front of stage area. There is hardly any crowd noise on the recording.
If you want to split it on two cds then you can start the second cd with "Please".
I did some digital clones from my master in 1997 and 1998 but there has never been a transfer from this master so far.
"I love being there, I love America, I love the feeling of the wide open spaces, I love the deserts, I love the mountain ranges, I even love the cities. So having fallen in love with America over the years that we've been there on tour, I then had to 'deal with' America and the way it was affecting me, because America's having such an effect on the world at the moment. On this record I had to deal with it on a political level for the first time, if in a subtle way."

The original working title of "Exit" was "Executioner's Song" because U2 was using a lot of literature as their jumping off point for the songs in terms of just taking their work in a slightly different direction.
