Another great night of songs and show from the band. Bono's voice is still so good and he gave his all. Very relaxed and fun atmosphere, and even though things dont change much show to show, they still make it feel fresh and sincere. Bono had some good impromptu ad-libbing when he had to get his wire changed. The sound in the Ziggodome was great.

The crowd around me was into the show, but I found overall the audience to be a bit quieter than I expected- still engaged and singing but not as I have seen in other shows. Looking at the stands, people did not seem to be moving much (people can still move around sitting down!) even fewer phone lights for "One". The GA was jam packed. That said it was a good atmosphere, people were happy and the Ziggodome is a great place for a show.
I was able to be at the rail on stage right, in front of the Acrobat mirror. While you miss a lot of the main stage show from this point, it is incredible to see them so close. The show still felt fresh, the new setlist songs adding so much. Edge's guitar on Zoo Station was amazing - cutting Bono's speech off, maybe intentionally! haha. Highlights were ABOY - a surprise for me, Horses, Zoo Station, Stay, Acrobat, and Pride is the song that really gets the audience going. Watching them perform its hard to see them retiring soon - a break for sure but they still seem to have the fire in them and they still put on an amazing and emotional show. I truly hope this incredible group of men have a well reserved and long break, but that they do come back - they have still so much to offer!

Contacting the taper quickly led to a nice conversation in which was decicided
upon a 16-bit version of this excellent recording with some additional mastering.
I used the 24-bit version that was shared on u2torrents instead of the raw master,
mainly for practical reasons. The Wavelab 6 "normalization" only added some
amplitude (without clipping), so no qualitive change had been made.
"De-clicking" with the iZotope RX05 was done very smoothly and only a handful of
whistles were removed ("Spectral Repair").

"The whole idea of U2 is to engage with our audience, and that's what was special about the 360 show, the audience was such a big part of it."
did you know
"At the start of the U2360° Tour, the band weren’t planning to shoot the Rose Bowl. They wanted to do a shoot in Fez, a town in Morocco in a ‘riad’ – a type of Moroccan house built around an open 360 degree courtyard – and there would be 100- 200 invited people there to see it."
- Malcolm Gerrie, producer of the 360 Tour DVD
