%BIGGIRL notes:
Contacting the taper quickly led to a nice conversation in which was decicided
upon a 16-bit version of this excellent recording with some additional mastering.
I used the 24-bit version that was shared on u2torrents instead of the raw master,
mainly for practical reasons. The Wavelab 6 "normalization" only added some
amplitude (without clipping), so no qualitive change had been made.
"De-clicking" with the iZotope RX05 was done pretty firmly. "Spectral Repair" was
used quite extensively to remove all sorts of rumble in the low region (hence an
additional "cut-off" of the 0-30 Hz region), and, too, to remove - or diminish at
least - the most intrusive screamings. Some low volume chat and an occasional cough
were left alone.
Lastly I used "EQ Match" to bring the recording close to "par" with the superior
second night recording of popmarter@gmail .

Notes:
I had some difficult moments with getting to crowded in front of the stage but getting used ok.
When measuring the meters on the D100 the signal did look VERY much too loud, even all was set
in my standard mode. It was loud out there anyway.
Before the show, some people started to send me thx for the quality thesis
productions bring them. You are so good to me Thx guys and girls.
Anyway, I had a great time aswell inside and outside the Ziggodome that day and night before the show.
Went out looking around ArenA-area in the dark, for those who lost their way to the Dome and did
bring some people to the queue for their number.

Performance

Magnficant band tonight.. Again amazing show. It was fantastic to see he show in the GA floor right in front of the Edge. As always U2 is live band nummer one in the world and they prove it every time again and again. Very pleased to hear Gloria live.

Sound

Good bootleg. Always great to hear the show again.
