    The first two actally sound pretty nice. Especially the first... Altitude curves would be fun.

    Good job. I have decided to run more. I shall try to run every second day.
  7. I'm starting next week Sir_Trek! Monday, I am going for a run. I'm thinking of doing a set distance on Monday, a timed run (20 minutes or something) on a Wedneday and an unlimited run on Friday.

    Or at least that's the plan. But I will run.
