1. The Worst in Dublin was pretty good imo

As far as I'm aware, The Stones have this kind of setlist for ages now. It's a fact of life. Under My Thumb and Fool To Cry were the gems last night and they won't be there on Friday
well, I'm glad I'm not a huge fan of stones.

was going to disappoint me a lot with a same setlist for 15 years. which I wanted to say U2 fans are more rigorous. (easy to complete this, no?)

Ah well. This a "side" topic only. Just for U2 fans who also like The Rolling Stones...
  4. my 2k of scrobbles in Rolling Stones on lastfm says that i also like Rolling Stones, this does not make me not be able to criticize the band, this is pathetic
  5. Idk I am a fan of that setlist, love what they do with fan voting even though the fans vote wrong every time it seems.
  6. Can't wait to see them next Saturday in Coventry .
Bagged 2 lucky dip tickets for £60 the pair !!

Dublin? Wild Horses - pretty great even if it was the obvious choice.
  8. The set has changed since Dublin. Sympathy opened.
  9. Great opener btw.

I just listened to the Dublin recording posted the other day. It's sad (although understandable) that Mick is singing less and less and relying more and more on the backing voices. The band as a whole sounds quite tight though.

  10. Saw The Stones last night in my hometown, Southampton. Got extremely luck with the tickets, £30 for lucky dip. Had to go to a box office show i.d then choose one out of say 20 envelopes. Managed to get Pit A right by the walk way and stood by the barrier. Gig was really good considering their age e.t.c. Did Midnight Rambler, my fav live Stones song. Nice to be home 30 mins after a big stadium gig I must say. Mick still runs around like a looney, despite being 74.
