I reckon they will announce more dates once these initial dates sell out
There is no chance of other shows being announced (except of the Jazz Fast). With 16 shows this will be the longest leg of their tour since 2012 (if I am not mistaken), their usual formula is 14 shows per leg these days.

Also, based on the experiences from the past two years, those shows won't sell out, there will be a lot of tickets in all cathegories available until the day of the show (though they will announce sell-outs very soon - don't believe it)
  2. I feel like I might just wait it out for a bit. The prices are indeed high - the tour announcement is early compared to previous announcements. I think I will eventually just blow some money on a pit ticket or two. Time is running out to see them. I love being up close, would like to try and take some photos too!

    Good luck ??

    Nice Ed!

I think the NJ shows will be far better - the tour opener is always a bit rough.
  4. GA is $191 plus fees !!
    Seats near the stage $500
    Dread to think pit costs
  5. Can't see pit tickets, will these be released during general sale ?
  6. Non VIP Pit is 499.50 + fees, at least for NJ.

I despise TM’s waiting room system.
  7. Must get snapped up quickly.

I want Pit but it’s difficult to get the non VIP.
  8. I'm in the waiting room now and no doubt will be behind +2,000 others when it opens
  9. I’ll try AXS tomorrow.

I personally wouldn't pay even $50 for that. $500 for being up front is totaly insane, but still waaaay beter cost-value ratio than $200 for being 150 meters far away from the stage. It is a matter of an opinion, of course...

I wonder how far can they go with the prices, they started with those insane prices in 2012 and there is a significan increase each year.

Lucky Dips seem like a reasonable choice and some people love them and I know A LOT of people end up in the pit with them, but for me, who usually has to travel quite far for those show, the risk of spending a lot of time and money on the whole trip and then being somewhere at nosebleeds is not worth the risk.

Well, I won't go to US for this leg of the tour, so it doesn't bother me, but I am not sure whether I want them to return to Europe, since I know I would HAVE TO go and as much as I love The Stones, I have a big problem to justify spending 400 Euro on a single ticket...well, probaly even more the next time. But yeah, I have always had a great time at their concerts and looking back, I don't regret a single cent I spent...

Oh I agree , prices are insane . Prices for U2 were up there . I'm seeing Muse in Ft Lauderdale March 24 . Great seats by the stage . Came out to almost $500. Insane but my wife loves them so I bought them .

The front seats for Met Life in sections 1-3 , 4-6 are going for over $4000 that I saw , and were even much higher ..and thats TM prices . I pulled a seat in Section 6 , $1200 . GA was I think $150 , and then you have all the fee's and that was $191. I'm in for a decent price . I have 2 tickets for Miami in Section 122 that were similar in price. Decent seats for a high price yes but its the Stones so F it.

I missed the band this past June in Europe by a day in Marseille, but I was able to extend my vacation by a day to catch Pearl Jam in Rome at least . I fist saw the band live in 1981and I have seen them on every US tour since . Stadium shows I've never been a fan of , but as I said , its the Stones so I'll go .
  11. Agreed . I saw them back in '89 on the Steel Wheels opener in Philly. The sound went out during Shattered . I think they dropped it for the rest of the tour lol.
  12. I got lucky dip for Coventry in the summer £70 for 2 seats , was about halfway back near the front on the side.
I'd only ever pay about this for the Stones.
Red zone for u2 is a different matter
