Joshua Tree Tour 2019
Legs (1): New Zealand, Australia and Asia
Shows: 15
  1. Bruce has about 20 musicians on stage and he just stands there most of the time so it's less demanding to do longer sets, and the deeper cuts don't appeal to a stadium audience who wanna hear the most well known songs.
  2. Bottom line..2019 U2 isn't the U2 of 360 or even IE. The equation will probably be afewgreatesthits+JT+afewmoregreatesthits=U2 JT19 concert. I'd hope they would add in some gems somewhere, but.. let's be real

Only during The Wrecking ball tour 2012-2014 Springsteen had a band of almost 20 musicians on stage, usually there is only The E Streetband. About 8 musicians + Springsteen.

I think U2 should do a tour with extra musicians and backing ground singers. It would be interesting.
  4. They did, it was called Lovetown and it was a fabulous experience.
  5. Aren't rehearsals rumored to start or have been started?
  6. But nothing has came out ‘till this moment what they rehearsing right?
  7. What I don't get: They're playing Running To Stand Still, Red Hill Mining Town, In God's Country, Trip Through You're Wires, Exit and Mothers of the Disappeared at these shows - and we're still asking for "a few gems thrown in", lol...
  8. I hopw they change the visuals a bit. There wasnt enough live band images in 2017.
