1. To be fair, the "we stoop so low to REACH SO HIGH" falsetto at 02:57 caught me off guard and was a nice touch, something I would have expected from '93 Bono. Probably the best we've heard from him!
  2. Someone please explain the Ginsburg reference.
  3. HOWL: to make a loud sound, usually to express pain, sadness, or another strong emotion.

    Ginsberg*
  4. I've been playing Bono in a new tribute band for some months now, we're not Lemon or the Achtung Babies but I hope you like it

  5. you look and sound great! bravo
  6. 😂

  7. Haha yes, but that's because we reuse the same backing tracks and tuning indications they were using with their previous singer. I can do it in A no problem, I could do it in Bb without much hassle too but then the next songs would suffer a bit. Pride is one of those songs TUF is one of those albums where you learn to appreciate Bono's vocals a lot more!

Haha, very true. U2 themselves are doing in A recent years?
  9. Yeah I think so! A whole step down from the studio version. Makes it much more enjoyable to sing (and to sing along!).
