1. Exactly. Maybe the guys weren't in their best shape ever, but they were working very hard...
  2. i think it's probably better than Chicago, although I like Chicago if I don't think about how the rest of the tour was

Lol, thats the opposite for me. I don't like Chicago (except for a few songs like Electric Co, Zoo Station, The Fly), but I think the rest of the tour was pretty solid.
  4. Lol kinda funny that i started this topic about the elevation dvd and now like a year later.... I LOST THE DVD!!! its been like a month!!! i cant find it im so sad ive been aching for elevation shows for like weeks. haha
  5. The Boston DVD is my watch of the moment, I'm having such a big old Elevation phase it's mad, but hell, nothing wrong with that methinks

I think Chicago looks weak compared to the rest of the tour. So i think the dvd is good when I dont think about the rest of the tour, definitely NOT slamming the tour!

U2 should have used the 9th's show.....(i know, biased, lol)....the setlist is so various, not really 'difinitive' elevation, but the show's performance and set is amazing

i've got the boot of the 9th but not the 10th. were you at the 9th?

  10. 10th? lol...the 9th was the last boston show for the tour. i wish i was there. actually, a friend of mine went. i was like 9 at the time. he gave me his ticket stub, but i lost it

i remember the date because it was 8 days before my birthday (where i would be 10, and had my double digit life crisis).

we're talking about 2 different tours lol....i was referring to Chicago. woops! I've had that bootleg for 5 years now I think, have all the boston shows. the 9th is definitely great! They should have filmed it! The 8th is really good too, with a great version of Kite with a funny intro and a great version of 11 o Clock Tick Tock

The 8th is great, but not as spontaneous as the 9th. Gone, EBTTRT, and Bd
