Also figured out the other day that if he's hanging out with Nick Cave, then perhaps Nick can convince him to tour down under and offer to be his support act. Now that would be worth seeing.
Yeah strange that they posted an anniversary of that they don't usually post stuff like that as it was just another leg of the tour .My bet is it won't be just an Aus/NZ,Japan tour they will add other places like Thailand, Singapore, Taiwan, Hong Kong with a scaled back production to maximise profits .

Would there be demand in those other places?
  3. The biggest touring band in history would have no problem selling out in these countries, GnR recently did big shows in these less visited countries so with U2 being an even bigger draw they could easily do it whether they want to do it is another matter.
  4. Places mentioned now are Hong Kong and Vietnam even for Q4 2019.
  5. I’ll head out to Vietnam for the U2start show coverage.
  6. Did someone making these rumours up just close their eyes and point to a random spot on the map in Asia?

Hong Kong, Japan and Singapore make sense, but Vietnam, really? I would be quite surprised to see them play there

I can't see there being any demand in Vietnam.

Vietnam is N=1. Hong Kong has been mentioned a few times.
  9. It’s just a test by the band to see where Brigitte will follow them to.
