  1. "He's only comfortable when he's in pain" - honestly,I am getting a little "tired" of this kind of poetry, but that's my problem, not the band's.

    Or Is That All from October “sing this song makes me happy…I’m not happy with you…sing this song makes me dance”

    They’ve said “song” in a lot of their songs.
  4. Bono's close encounter with death has modified his songwriting. He's getting more personal (in a bad way) and cheesier. Musically I think the song is going to be more or less alright, sounds similar to SOE.

    It is a new sing for a feel good family / children's movie. I am personally looking forward to hearing the whole thing. Many positives here....Great to see U2 as a band release something new. Hopefully their time on this project will be the catalyst to have them complete a new album!

  12. I don’t think it’s new. The movie was delayed a year due to COVID, should have been out last December. When Bono was announced as participating they had already wrapped things. The director has said most of the dialog was recorded by the end of 2019, so only a few things that had to be redone were recorded during the pandemic. The song could have been done later of course, but they were working on material before the 2019 tour in studio, so I’m betting this was done at that time.
